Laura is the restaurant
manager. She has won various awards from Subway including "cleanest
store" . Laura hails from Puerto Rico. Also known as "La Boriqua"
or"La Rubia" .

Tanyra is the Second Assistant Manager and lives in Liberty City in
metro Miami.
